At the very gateway to the Verdon, in a former meditation fortress created by the monks of Saint Victors Abbey of Marseille in the 11th century, which later became the property of the Counts of Provence, the Thomas Family is pleased to welcome you to the gastronomic pleasures they have created.
The decor of the rooms recalls the Middle Age, and the restaurant is situated under the vaulted roof ot the ancient Armory.

The hotel is feated with 10 rooms with panoramic views, 2 of which are on suite bedrooms . They all give on a terrasse and provide all the modern comfort with a medieval decoration: four postered bed, ancient furniture, middle age style tapestry and material.
The restaurant is situated in one of the most ancient arms and weapons room of the Castle, and it is covered by a sarace vault made with dry stones dating from the 11th Century. Candle light diner, gastronomic menu, medieval atmosphere, ancient music, all is made to make your meal an unforgettable moment. The Lounge, on the lawer level, is a nice, quiet and refreshing room. It leads to the ancient forgotten room which has been turned into an Art Gallery. Outside, on the top of the Castle, a terrasse with a panoramic view covering 400 m², shows a typical and unique country side scene of inland province, the Jabron Valley, bordered by the Alp foothills.
